PROJECT MANAGER, Social Housing
Requirement
The successful candidate will:
Have a minimum of seven years of housing sector-related working experience in initiating or supervising the development construction or management of modem low-cost housing.
Requisite experience must extend to knowledge and application of best practices relating to site analysis and preparation, land acquisition and utilization, and multi-family housing development;
Be keenly familiar with federal, Lagos state and local planning and zoning laws, regulations, and building approval processes;
Possess the capacity to conceptualize, draft and comprehend business plans budgets, contracts, proposals and financial reports.
Have an outstanding command of written and spoken English.
Minimum Qualifications:
• University Degree or HND in Urban and Regional Management, Estate Management or Quantity Survey, Civil or Building Engineering, or Town/Urban Planning.
• A Post-graduate degree will be an added advantage.
ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER, Social Housing
• University Degree or HND in Economics, Business Management or Development Studies.
• A Post-graduate degree will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an innovative business environment.
FACTORY MANAGER
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
• A University Degree/HND in Mechanical Engineering;
• A Post-Graduate degree in a related field will be an added advantage; and
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a building materials production facility or similar industry.
