A conglomerate with extensive interests in the Food Sector, Agribusiness, Logistics, Packaging and Construction, requires the services of qualified, experienced and dynamic candidates with proven track record for the following positions:

GROUP RESEARCH & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Ref: GRDM 09

Qualification:
• PhD or Masters Degree in Food Technology/Food Chemistry/Science or a related field.
• MBA or/and Marketing/Commercial Orientation is an added advantage.

Experience:
• Minimum of ten years technical experience in process development, R&D formulating and/or training, preferably in the Food Industry.
The Person:
• Proactive, resourceful, self motivated, target driven individual with good team leadership and coordination skills.
• Successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills and have an eye for detail.

GROUP MARKETING Ref: GMM 09

Qualification:
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree.
• Possession of an MBA is an added advantage.

Experience:
• Minimum of ten years experience in Marketing with hands on experience on both above and below the line activities.
• The successful candidate will demonstrate significant skill in Concept Generation, Preparation and Execution of the Marketing Plan, be able to effectively interact and control all marketing agencies, as well as be in a position to effectively manage large cross functional project teams.
The Person:
• Result oriented and creative individual with good team leadership and coordination skills.
• Successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills and have entrepreneurial leanings.

PRODUCT RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Ref: PRDM 09

Qualification:
• Bachelors Degree in Food Technology/Food Chemistry/Science or a related field

• Minimum of five years technical experience in process development.
• R&D formulating and/or training, preferably in the Food Industry.
